The question being: "Shall HCR 7 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: 1999-04-22 House Journal Page 0932 HCR 7 HCR 7 Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 24 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 6 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, Kohring, Kott, Morgan, Mulder, Murkowski, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Berkowitz, Brice, Cissna, Croft, Davies, Grussendorf, Joule, Kerttula, Kookesh Excused: Masek Absent: James, Kapsner, Kemplen, Moses, Ogan, Smalley And so, lacking the necessary 27 votes, HCR 7 failed to pass the House. Representative Mulder gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on HCR 7(fld H).
